Howard also asks, in a separate message, how easy it is to modify the welcome message that a new subscriber receives. The answer is "very easy" (I'll explain how in my response to that thread); clearly it would be useful to include the above URL in the welcoming message to this list. I'll probably update the archive manually several times over the next few days so that people can explore the indexing and cross-referencing features of the mhonarc software, but once we've finished playing, it will be automatically updated every day at 20:00 Chester local time.
