Re: Publication policy/archiving policy

I have very few things to add to my  comments about the previous versions
and I agree with this document.

However I have some questions:
- Archive policy: in the second paragraph before the end the text speaks
of  "Digital migration to new formats". Does this include new supports? A
document format may be still valid but the support may become obsolete,
such as large diskettes in a recent past.

I notice that the explanation appears in the FAQ but should this be
exactly included in the policy document?
