Taking on board Howard's comments (and mild disinterest) - plus Brian's about checking the copyright: As an exercise, I will try and follow the copyright aspect up with Stan. (I will be on holiday leave from tomorrow till Monday if I seem to be going quiet on the Email front). Though I must admit the reason I have recently got interested on this topic is trying to find out about the innards of Beevers Lipson strips. Without access to old crystallographic text books (which Birkbeck fortunately has) - potentially quite tricky and frustrating. Lachlan. ----------------------- Lachlan M. D.
