Hi,

You may recall that the EU agreed a new Directive on Copyright last year. It is
supposed to be implemented in the laws of the Member States by December 22
this year.

The UK government has published a consultation document on how it intends to
amend their legislation to accommodate the new Directive.

The details of the document and the proposed changes to the law can be see at:
