 From execsec I have just received the 'Agenda and Appendices to Agenda
for Nineteenth General Assembly'. It's a wad of commission and committee
reports which is subsequently published for all to read.

 For those who have not received the bundle of paper, you can get it the
modern way at

  which saves me the bother of offering to make you a photocopy if you
are interested in reading it.

 Just in case execsec forgot to alert news.online to the publication of
this document, could he please make an announcement in news.online  .
