  My Netscape mailer seems to play terrible tricks. In reply to Peter
Strickland's  request for clarification, the e-mail entitled "JAC
Software" was addressed to Peter White (JAC Software-review editor) with
cc to the CEP list and to Gernot Kostorz (Editor of JAC).

  If you have any views or ideas on this matter let me or the CEP know
about them.
