New domain name suffixes approved

MARINA DEL REY, Calif. - An Internet oversight board gave the Web a new
batch of domain names Thursday to ease the dot-com name crunch. The seven
suffixes approved by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers
are dot-biz, dot-name, dot-pro, dot-museum, dot-coop, dot-aero and dot-info.
