I fully agree with Howard proposal. 

Just a few lines which I do not understand :

How do I read this:
>For 2000, the archive price is CHF 50'000.25 per journal.

what does mean CCC and UUU in FAQ "How will locations for secondary
archives be chosen?":
>from ZZZ's CCC, UUU Editorial Offices where the primary archive will be held.

Obviously a number of things will have to be settled in the subscriber's
agreement.
