I agree that [3] and [4] are not CEP's budget. It seems to me that it belongs to the Glasgow organizers. At least it is up to the EC to decide. As for the report I agree. Only one thing. The EC should be aware of the work needed to maintain the Web server. I am not sure to be able to continue without help, in the future. It is OK now but the EC must know that it is not because it is cheap does it means no work.
