update of mirrors

Dear all,

Just by curiosity I have looked this morning to all mirrors to have an
idea of the time needed to update the different mirrors.

I was looking at a long document: the software list, last updated two
days ago i.e. September 2nd.

Here is the result:

Country                           Date of the last update
Israel                               June 09th
Switzerland                   September 2nd
Sweden                         July 16th    (no update between July and
September)
US                                   September 2nd
South Africa                May 15th
UK                                  September 2nd

Now about the What's new page:

Country                           Date of the last update

France                             September 1st
Israel                               June 16th
Switzerland                   September 1st
Sweden                         August 26th
US                                   September 1st
South Africa                September 1st
UK                                  September  1st
