 If I understood correctly the documentation that I just half read, a
first non-subscriber message is sent back to the originator and the name
is added to the .ignored file. If you had tried again, the message would
have been ditched without any further pleasant reply to the orginator.
You might try and persuade one of the other R&D staff to send at least
three messages to epc-l to see what happens.
