	This message will welcome Owen Johnson to the Comcifs list.  He
works at the CCDC and has taken over responsibility for the CIF editor
from Paul Edgington.  As a result, Paul has resigned from his committees
(the Core DMG and the Software Development Committee) and Owen has agree
to take his place.

	Paul remains a voting member of Comcifs.
