I have not been all that impressed with the "robustness" of most
software that accept CIF as an allowed input format. (I have even been
able to hang the Checkcif routines.) So, my opinion is that a CIF
containing a loop_ terminated with stop_ has a good chance of breaking
what little software we have. The same is true for []. I see no problem
with reserving stop_ and [] as tokens that may be implemented in the
future, but I'd rather not encourage folks to actually use them at this
point.
