Tcl routines for parsing CIF?

Folks, 

Has anyone written a CIF parser in Tcl that they are willing to
distribute? I would like to include a CIF reader in some Tcl/Tk code and
would rather not use an external compiled program, unless I have no
better options. Even something crude and unfinished might save me some
time.
